| Unlocking of IBM Thinkpads with P166Mhz CPU and
above. |

You need to send your Thinkpad to our location. We are 100% sure that we
can unlock it. Our service fee for this is US$250.00. This is applicable only to unlock
the TP supervisor password. Check also if your HD is lock or not. If your HD is locked,
you need a new or not lock HD for your TP. Unlocking the HD is not included on the
US$250.00 service fee.
Although we can also unlock HD but due to the high cost to unlock it, it is better for you
to buy a new or an unlock one. HD unlocking is very delicate and fragile process the
success rate depends on the physical condition of the hardrive itself.
Mostly our customer just buy another HD after we unlock their TP. It is economically
practical to buy an HD than to unlock the old one or recover the data unless it is worthy
of doing so.
Please follow recommended packaging procedures to ship your Thinkpad.
If you are located outside Canada please contact us first before shipping any item to our
location. Some papers works to be done for customs purposes to avoid delay on your
shipment.
