success depends on the physical condition of the platters inside the drive.
It is economically practical to buy an HD than to unlock the old one or recover the data
unless it is worthy of doing so. Unlocking and recovery fee varies from hard drive to hard
drive capacities and the number of hours spent.
For initial assessment and evaluation purposes we charge a flat fee of US$75.00.
